TERMS OF WARRANTY

1.          All www.livolobaltic.lv goods have manufacturer's warranty. The exact details of the manufacturer's warranty period you can find out by contacting our customer advisor.

2.          Legal persons are ensured only with manufacturer's warranty period.

3.          Warranty applying rights are valid only if the product was used under the intended conditions and just in the household. To apply for warranty service, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt (both receipt or invoice are accepted).


4.          The manufacturer's warranty does not apply if damage is caused by the purchaser's or user's fault as stated below:

4.1. the product has damaged serial number or warranty seal;

4.2. the product was not used for its intended purposes and is not operated in the way it's specified in a leaflet;

4.3. scratched, broken constructions, cracked screen, poured water to the excluded locations, product has been cleaned with improper agents, foreign objects are found inside the good, insects are allowed inside the product or any other traces indicating incorrect operation of the product;

4.4. if the damage occurred in a nutrient-voltage, telecommunications, cable networks non-compliance with the standards set by the manufacturer, rapid temperature fluctuations, as well as other domestic and external factors, such as soot, smoke, dust, humidity, shocks, scratches;

4.5. if unskilled repair traces are found;

4.6. in cases of elements natural depreciation;

4.7. if the product is used with non-standard power supplies, accessories and spare parts, as well as raw materials (such as cartridges, toners, etc.), which the manufacturer has not been certified for use with the specified product, and if it has caused damage to the goods;

4.8. for additional equipment warranty does not apply – for example, for batteries, headphones, connecting cables, charging devices, remote controls);

4.9. if the buyer has used product in manufacturing or for professional purposes (in case if a given product is not intended for such purposes);

4.10. guarantee does not apply if the damage of goods is result of incorrect transportation.


5.          Please be informed that the warranty does not apply to additional accessories of the product, power elements (such as batteries), the accessories which have  limited resource (eg, headsets, microphones, fuses).

6.          www.livolobaltic.lv and service centers are not responsible for data security of the goods you leave for repair, so please make backup and copy all the necessary information in another place.

7.          The guarantee is granted in an authorized service center. If the product needs warranty service, please contact www.livolobaltic.lv account managers by phone 22727444; 22726444 or by email - info@datalux.lv.

8.          In case warranty service does not apply and the buyer refuses to pay the repair, the buyer has to cover the costs of diagnosis, and the customer receives the conclusion of the detected lesions issued by service center. If the buyer agrees to pay for repairs, the diagnostic costs will be covered by us.

9.          In case warranty repair service does not apply and the buyer refuses to pay the repair costs, the buyer has to cover the costs of diagnosis, and the customer receives the conclusion of the detected lesions issued by service center. If the buyer agrees to pay for repairs, the diagnostic costs will be covered by us.

10.       We remind that the consumer within 24 months from the delivery date has statutory right to submit a claim about product, which is incompatible with the provisions.
